Such data may include your name, profile image on the social network, photographs, artwork, digital art, personalized frames, decorative panels and environments featuring your personalized frames, and/or works by artists and photographers.

You may modify any data shared with us by social networks or third-party platforms or prevent our Services from interacting with these networks and platforms by adjusting your settings with the third-party provider. However, this may prevent you from enjoying all the features offered by our Services.

Emails Used by the Instagramos E-commerce System Stores

We regularly send promotional emails with exclusive offers to Instagramos System customers. These emails always direct the customer to the relevant promotion page within our e-commerce system.

It is important to emphasize that our customers may also contact our customer support service directly through the promotion generator where questions are answered with special attention by our support staff.

For your security, the Instagramos e-commerce system does not request confidential information via email. Only customers who authorize this service through registration receive messages from the Instagramos system. Therefore, please follow these security tips:

Our application uses Google Photos API services with the permission scope "photoslibrary.readonly". These scopes are necessary to allow the application to access the user's Google Photos solely for the purpose of downloading photos and creating a personalized mosaic.

By granting permission to our application, you explicitly authorize the application to access your Google Photos. The downloaded photos are used exclusively for mosaic creation and will only be viewed by the owner of the photos. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose other than what is specified in this privacy policy.

We are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your data. Downloaded photos are stored temporarily on our servers only during the mosaic creation process and are permanently deleted after completion. We do not store or retain copies of your photos after this period.

Limited Data Use

Scope Selection and Justification

Our application requests the following permission scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/photoslibrary.readonly: This scope is necessary to access the user’s photo library in Google Photos. We require read-only access to download the user’s photos and create a personalized mosaic. A more restrictive scope would not be sufficient because it would not allow access to the user's photos needed to create the mosaic.

The use of these scopes is essential to ensure that our application provides the desired functionality to users, allowing the creation of personalized mosaics from their Google Photos.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Unsubscription

If you wish to have your data removed from our database, you must send an email to (insert email address) with all your information so we can process the removal request. Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email in response to your request.
